Our auction venue is designed to give each of your vehicles maximum exposure.

A unique feature of TitleAuctions venue is its ability to host multiple instances of the same auction. Known as Auction Central™, the system enables a client to host an auction on his own Web site, as well as on a community portal or other consumer-facing site.

Stated another way, TitleAuctions extracts specified inventory from many dealers' auction pages and then associates that inventory to designated Community Portals or other consumer–facing sites. Data from individual dealer auction pages is stored in one database with the ability to be reflected on many consumer-facing Web sites.

Here's how it works:

  1. Dealer establishes relationship with the Community Portal to post the dealer's inventory on the Community Portal Web site.
  2. Dealer posts inventory for auction; the database then associates the inventory data with the posting dealer.
  3. In the database, a relationship is also established between the dealer and the Community Portal, allowing the dealer's inventory to be associated with the Community Portal.
  4. Auction Central™ extracts the designated inventory data from the database and displays the data in an auction format on the Community Portal's Web site. The data storage and extraction are performed using an enterprise-wide database server.

You set the business rules, we deliver the data...

Data for an auction item is stored and maintained in one location, allowing any updates to be automatically reflected on a Community Portal's Web site.

Auction items receive maximum exposure by appearing in multiple sites.
