

TitleAuctions And Chrome Systems Sign Marketing Agreement
PORTLAND, Ore.—July 6, 2004—TitleAuctions Inc, provider of flexible, scalable competitive-bid auction software and training for the profitable remarketing of motor vehicles and watercraft, announced today that it has signed a marketing agreement with Chrome Systems Corporation, provider of automotive data, configuration technology and commerce solutions.
Under the terms of the agreement Chrome will refer to TitleAuctions select credit union customers that have expressed interest in conducting their own competitive-bid auctions, and that have expressly authorized Chrome to share their contact information with TitleAuctions. In addition, the two companies have agreed to look for opportunities to cooperate in both the credit union movement and in the automotive dealer market.
